Worst bit of today *racism*

Here is the place to talk about all things city and football!

Worst bit of today *racism*

Postby bobby brows » Sun Apr 08, 2012 9:14 pm

I was in a pub in swinton, didn't turn up til kick off cos they'd have gone on about being obsessed, some old guy started calling balotelli and primarily yaya a 'black cunt', all his mates agreeing with him. This went on for about 20 minutes. Even while Yaya was down getting treatment

When i tried to pull him on it he tried to defend what he said cos i allegedly i called him an irish cunt! never fucking did, but you'd have thought that was the worst thing ever said in a pub and 20 people started defending this guy. It was 2 v100 so had to shake the wankers hand at the end of it.

never felt so ashamed in all of my life. i've honestly never witness racism involving football before, been going for 20 years and it was still a shock to hear it.

edited for that wanker Kladze's benefit...cheers

He's venting about racism in football and his 1st hand experience. Hardly worth slagging him over.

but it's pretty much the most confusing description of what actually occurred that i could imagine.

I feel badly that 1) he's upset and 2) someone is talking some racist smack about City players, but....it's not too much asking for someone to actually articulate wtf he's on about, is it?

cheers

Agree with that. It's a shambles, but the reply was a tad harsh.

Guys pissed off and upset at his experience and trying to share it and all people give a fuck about is how articulate his post was. Pathetic.

Ive been in a situation like that before. Its tough and you just have to handle it in a way that lets the other person know that you arent okay with it, and all the meanwhile trying not to get your ass kicked. I think you handled it well. Of course, you coulda done the chuck and go in his face with a proper pint of Guinness...but I digress.

If you think this is the worst thing that happened on Sunday, I'll have to assume you didn't hear about Beeks being teased on facebook.

I'd given that thread a wide berth until now. Classic!
