Mancini interview: 5 year plans

Postby littlebig » Tue Jul 17, 2012 3:39 pm

Good interview with Bob on the OS

http://manc.it/Q4hQQb

He talks about building a better team and continuing to improve as he reckons it will be tougher to win the title next year.

Also, interestingly, when asked about the younger players at pre season he seems to suggest that [strike]their[/strike] they're just there to make up the numbers (Euro players still to return) before reeling off a line about the youth being the future of the club.

Listened to it a couple of times and interesting but he doesn't make mention of the new targets that came with the new contract?

Even if we do win fuck all, stability doesn't mean winning every year, it means winning plenty over a period of decades. That's what will happen if we stick with Bob.

Agreed. We've got a boner and we better find a way to get it wet because it doesn't suck itself.

Cheers
