With the 3-0 we had the excuse of a semi final a few days later. Last season we played them off the back of a champions league away game. This season there was no excuse. We were just bad. That said, they seem to have had an awful lot of luck and reffing decisions go in their favour on our last 3 visits (Reina handball outside box, Lescott's og, Balotelli 2nd yellow, Micah handball and now another ridiculous one with Rodwell). Can't carry on forever. Sooner or later we'll get a ref with balls and then they're screwed.
