My wife's a septic and she didn't see this as odd at all. I had to show her an atlas before she believed there was a country' to use her own words "named after one of the states of America". AND she's a graduate FFS.

Give her some antibiotics then. These things have a habit to get worse if untreated. You may need to amputate her ;)

Presumably she thinks you support a team from Manchester, New Hampshire
Never criticise a man until you've walked a mile in his shoes.
That way when you do criticise him you'll be a mile away.
And you'll have his shoes.

Michigan beat Wales 2-0 last night and we still have Alexi Lalas in our starting XI.

Chinners why are you putting the word "cents" into every single post you make? I know I'm a part timer these days so maybe I missed something?

Did you promise you would never say cunts again? Very confused.

Among the common types yes. Among the toffs it's a bit different.

I'll make is simple.. when I was growing up there was the USSR and no reference to the nation-states/ethnic homelands etc contained there, the same with Yugoslavia. So that doesn't surprise me. Heck, I knew about South Georgia Island because of the Malvinas..err Falkland crisis before I heard of the Republic of Georgia. It is sad, but it is what was taught, and doesn't surprise me, The Western Hemisphere is/was? our hegemony, the east be damned....
