Dzeko for me. First half he might have been average, but the second half was brilliant. Fighting for the ball, holding the ball. He might have made a wrong pass once, or twice, but overall he did excellent in the second half. Surprised he got taken off, I was expecting Aguero to be taken off.

Silva was dreadful though. How many times did he cock up a pass?

Dzeko wasn't very good at all first half but it wasn't really his fault. 2nd half he was exactly the player we needed, then Bob took him off. Not sure it's right to give a player MOTM for 30 mins, but can't think of anyone else who did anything to merit it.

Think people are being a bit harsh on Silva. He wasn't great at times & made several bad mistakes but he wasn't shit either; he still had his good moments in the game & he worked very hard, gettig in some good tackles.

silva was beyond shit. when we finally managed to cross the half way line, he would promptly gift possession back to arse EVERY SINGLE TIME! not sure what's going on with him b/c his form has been a variable degree of shit since christmas.

I'm not going to slate Silva, he's been a god send for us and he's allowed to have the odd off game for me. He still worked his balls off during the game and will be better for it. He just needs to get his eye-in for his final pass. When trying to thread a ball through the proverbial then you've got to be spot-on, just a pity he's a little off at the moment.

He'll be back.
