Micah was MOM for me, great comeback.
I would like to see we play these:

Might be our best back four.

kompany has been poor when played on the left.

He's on the right there mate.

Richards is even worse on the left, unfortunately, as I think he'd make a perfect partner for Kompany and vice versa. May see them together as part of the back 3 again at some point though.

never been a great fan of Joey Burton, because he's an idiot, but as much as I hate to post a slight, mild "disagreement" with You, Mate, I'd put the emphasis on thanking David James's fake trick.... ;)

I think he is a great player, but I think Zabaleta is better.

I think micah is a world class player. I think zabba is a brilliant player.

It was interesting at the end of last season how Mancini selected Zaba over Micah for games that really mattered. For me that's probably all about reliability. Mancini would think that when it comes to relying on someone to defend at key moments Zaba might just have the edge. Not so much based on ability but on the feeling that Micah's concentration might just let him and the team down.9Plus I think Micah did have an injury late in the season and he does get a few too many)

I can sort of understand all that and Zaba is a top top guy to have in the trenches in those key games. BUT if Micah plays well and doesn't have any lapses I personally think Micah is hands down better than Zaba and basically any right back in the premiership. A top defender and a brilliant attacking full back. I am not faulting Zaba but at his best Micah wins every time for me.

We are lucky to have them both and with Maicon we might also have a top weapon to fill in at times to give them both a break.

If Bob is going to continue with a 3-5-2 formation, intermittently in the future, there could be room for both PabZab and Micah together in the same side, at the same time i.e the back three could be PabZab / Kompany / Lescott with Micah as the right sided wing-back.

On the other hand, in some tough (away ??) games, PabZab might be used in the Nigel De Jong role in midfield, allowing Micah to play as a 'normal' right back.

"This year we've changed and play three and two wide, and I think maybe Micah can play right centre-back.
