Don't know the exact number, but it is a percentage up to a certain amount eg it might be 10% or 4500, whichever is larger. That means the rags only have to give about 7%. That's only an offer as well, the away team can turn some down, hence why we sometimes have home fans on the top tier.

Different for FA Cup where percentage offered has to be higher, which means full end for us.
