Lets move on Ted, The goal is so bad Fellaini cant wait to play us,
The thing is, we used to suffer from this kind of shit all the time, & generally get bitched by big strikers too, then we cured it (mainly by selling Dunnie) and mostly stopped teams who are specialists at this kind of thing.
Then we go into the Champions League & it's not the pass & move which kills us, it's big fuckers like Gomez & Cavani, plus free headers from corners. How can we stop Fat Sam & Andy Carroll on the Saturday, then let in two fucking goals from corners v Ajax ffs!?
Clearly, we were focussed v West Ham & Mancini has gone into Champions League tactical bullshit mode v Ajax, so we have taken our eye off the ball, just as we did last season.
Ted, we have had what can classed as a very odd start for Champs, something is wrong, Vinny looks distracted and the centre of mid is changed by the minute, we have no width and we are not 2 or 3 up inside 30 mins we have scored 50% less goals. We have scared nobody, as per Spurs away last year. I have recently read Redemtion all about the all Blacks and the one thing that come through is Graham Henry was a Dictator, his way or the Highway end of fuck off do one your out, blame all and sundry, Until 2007, when senior players like McCaw and Carter said it has to change, remember this is the All blacks, greatest machine in sport until world cups, then it's a full scale fuck up. Henry survived reappyling for his job and the 1st time ever was kept on for 2nd go at it. He stopped being a dictator, it was hard at first. He used his ears and the skill sets of others. He was reborn, and less stressed than in 30 yrs, players felt reborn, some fuck ups along the way, but a better enviroment and one which without him realising it, his way was history & was gonna end in tears, Bobby is a dictator, I see it in the Press conferences and I see it almost all his interviews, I love his "I have an answer for that" But he has lost something and the team look bemused at times Yaya is away with the faireys, still class but plays with no structure and for me teams are targeting us counter attack, Henry admits in the end he was wrong for 2 yrs, Bobby, may just need to adjust his ways, I think in the same way Mouriniho, is with Madrids top players biting back when he goes all Portugeese on them. Players always win in the end and he needs the Hymn sheet reprinting ASAP. It might be Spurs who will Counter attack better than most us who could be a big worry for us.
