I've just posted a similar thought in the other thread about Beckscum, before I read through this one.

Apologies for duplicating your post, although you worded it far better than I could ever do.

Memo to self; Make sure to read all new posts and threads before posting any of my own thoughts.

Apologies once again.

Seriously who gives a fuck where Beckham ends up.

He owes more to the press than Blair/Brown/Cameron combined. He has been playing in a league at a similar level to League 1/2 for the past five years and the past two years he has been pretty poor even at that level. He's 37! Yet we are all suppoused to be super excited that he might be making a move.

He will end up in China for a year. Anywhere near a top league and he will a fool of himself.

Come on fella's, stop being negative. Just think, we could have that Posh bird skirting her way out at half-time, doing a few turns. She could even bring her Spicey friends to really entertain the crowd, got to be better than Ferris and a few pissed up Blues trying to hit the centre spot.

I can't wait, the media will lap it up and we'll be the worlds favouritist club, ever!

No need to hide it mate, you know you'd 'Luv It' if he came to our club. Imagine, he could build the 'New Beckingham' in the casino space next to the ground and we could all do tours before the game starts.

Fuck the Townley or Mary Ds, we'd be all over that shit, watcing Mrs Becks lounging around the pool.

Like.

We could all send in suggestions for what what Beckham's last challenge should be.

I suggest a charity climb of the Eiger's north face, in his England kit. Ray Wilkins & Jamie Redknapp could go along, dressed as muppets, & roped together. His wife could parachute in to meet him at the top & then together they could all ski back down.

Ski back down the north face of the Eiger? Like it, and that would be one last challenge....
