Help Needed - Cool as Duck CD

I've been told to dig out my cool as duck CD for the drive down to Wembley and I can't for the life of me find it.

Can find loads of torrents of it online - but I have never downloaded one before and am a bit dubious about it as I only have a work laptop.

Can anyone either:

a) PM me an idiots guide to downloading bittorrents
b) Show me if its on itunes, google play or amazon (haven't found it myself)
c) email me a copy

Dont download it onto a work laptop. If you dont have administrator rights you wont be able to use utorrent or vuze anyway.

It's too big to email
