Who is this twat?
Some of his comments so far.

I did not want him to go either but to compare this to any of our relegations is a joke.

I don't know how you qualify as spokesman for City fans, maybe we should have a proper election - I'd only vote for Carl if he agreed to speak in capital letters again or possibly Mancio to confuse the f*** out of them (only jesting mate)
