be great though! as long as we ended up with Cavani....I kinda want Edin to be a resounding success where he ends up this season. He seems like a decent guy, sure he blew too many of his "big starts" to date at City but he's clearly got some real qualities

I would kinda like to see what he can do under Pellegrini, I think he could benefit a lot from a different style of management.

You can't be a real country unless you have a beer and an airline. It helps if you have some kind of a football team, or some nuclear weapons, but at the very least you need a beer.

This.

Despite the fact he didn't seem to grab his opportunity when starting in the majority of games last year I recall several 'big games' where he had a resounding effect on the game: Arse and Madrid away to name a couple.

Like a lot on here, if it means we get Cavani as a result of letting him go then fair enough, but wherever Edin goes, he'll bag goals n be a threat. So let's not sell him to Chelsea ffs. Oh and I'm not PALUS in disguise.

I'd love to pass the bosnian fanatics on without losing Dzeko, is that at all possible?

If Carlos does go then using Dzeko in a deal to get Cavani will still leave us light on the striker front. Especially as Pells apparently prefers to play with two strikers. Hope it's a case of one or the other going. I'd prefer Carlos to stay but it looks like he may not.

Selling to Chelsea is not going to happen, if it does then he will haunt us, but not in the same way he as here on many occasions, being fair he is goals when all said and done.

thats actually exactly what i was thinking. two out (plus balo = 3) and only 1 in leaving us with only 2 proven strikers? hmmm...
