I expect him to score against the Munchens too.

Agree.

Silva was magnificent but Aguero led the way imo, not just going forward but pressing the oppo as the Count wants/needs City to do in order for his system to work.

Still pressing at the end of the game.

Nasri, Aguero, Silva and Fernandinho all brilliant.

I've gone for Samir.

I've chosen the whole team, as I thought it was fantastic yesterday.

Aguero. 1 goal, 3 assists and the work rate. Tevez upgrade this season.

Silva for me.

When he's on song, his play is sublime....an artist of the first order.

I put my vote to Aguero (he's effin' brilliant isn't he?) but I kinda did that because I've hovered around giving him the nod as motm for a couple of weeks now and I thought he deserved it now on the strength of this game and his general tendency to work his fantastic socks off for the cause. . . . But there's a but too because Nasri was similarly fantastic as was Silva and as was Fernandinho and there were impressive performances from Negredo & Yaya and Pantilimon was solid enough for me to just know that they wouldn't get a consolation goal no matter what. In fact it's congratulations to every player that played because I can't remember the last time I saw us beat anyone by 7 goals to 0 and I'd like to get used to it.
If we had De Gea and the rags had Hart, we'd be top with a 9 point lead and they'd be in 12th place - that's the difference between a 'good' keeper and a 'top class' keeper - 12 places - think about it.

Its one of those days - and they're becoming more frequent - where it's hard to give a nod to one player over another; as is the case this week, with the four you've mentioned
