Fitness levels

I was amazed at the intensity we have played of late , the hard training regime that Pelli has brought in has made us super fit , the front line never ever stopped for virtually the whole game the other day .

I never saw us play like that before , not for nearly a whole match - fantastic to see.

They've definitely gone up a notch with the arrival of Negredo and Demichelis' better halves.

As in Aguero thread; I don't think Aguero/Silva/Barry have been fit half the time.

Add Negredo rather than Dzeko & a version of Nasri who actually tries & it's a big difference.

I have to mention Yaya in the last few games; put a lot more effort in defensively. Not going mad chasing everything, but just putting in a sprint here & there when we need it.

I've noticed that as well and I'm very pleased to see that.
