As a striker, statistically, Aguero is the best ever in the PL - his goal to minutes ratio is now the best of anyone with 40+ goals, overtaking Henry. If he's still at the top of that chart come May, it would be difficult to argue he's not the best we've ever had.

On top of that, he's hardly a Lineker 6 yd poacher, he gets through a lot of work as well

He makes as many of his goals as Tevez did, he generally works in the penalty area though where Tevez generally worked from deeper. He is technically more gifted than Tevez, close to him in work per match, and a much better team player (and better on the counter attack). Plus he isn't a cnut. Clearly ahead of Tevez when comparing their effect on City in my opinion.
