75 goals

Here is the place to talk about all things city and football!

75 goals

Postby john@staustell » Wed Dec 18, 2013 9:02 am

...................so far this season in all competitions.

Beyond my wildest dreams when I was sitting at the top of the Kippax watching the Alan Ball Football Genius team.

Anyone fancy us to break some records? (Kept quiet by SKY and the RAG press of course)

I don't know about sky keeping it quiet John coz they mentioned it in commentary on last nights game.

Not sure who I was listening too to be honest - if it was SKY he'll be sacked obviously.

My commentator spent the whole match willing Leicester on and pointing out flaws in City in the traditional Burley/Waddle manner, whilst taking every opportunity to mention Manchester United - he played for them, he played for them etc

His will for Leicester to score was embarrassing. One of the EPLsite rivers.

I can tell you we are 7 league goals ahead of where Chelsea were at the same stage of their 103 goal season (but we have to take into account the fact that Chelsea scored 17 goals in their final three games)

Yes you don't appreciate goals when you see so many, but when it was one a month I really savoured them.....
