I couldn't believe that Mancini didn't get Manager of the Season when we won the title, must be the only manager in the PL era to get overlooked. I was listening to TS just before the end of that season and one of the journo's said that if we won it then it's go to Mancini but there's a chance that Pardew could get it
if he made a CL spot. I tended to agree but when the Toon slipped back it had to go to Mancini, especially with the way the league was won. But no, nothing, nada, fuck all for Mancini and they gave it Pardew anyway.
They just couldn't bring themselves to give it to us could they, basically saying you paid for the league but you can't pay for this. Cunts!
Pellers should surely get the MotM for December on the PL wins alone. I know they don't take the other comps into consideration but it does go to highlight what a good job he's doing and with wins over two title contenders, one where we blasted in 6, then there can be only once contender.
I'm sure Martinez or Gollum will get it though, just because they can.
