Fair or not the Club isn't going to pay wages to players indefinitely if they aren't fit. The same goes for Rodwell and Micah. I don't think we're talking about a Michael Johnson situation who patently wasn't looking after his body. That's not the situation with Jovetic.

Long awaited come back put back again.

Looks like the end of January at the earliest,Depending on who you believe it is a thigh strain, or niggle or just delete as appropriate and fill in with anything medical.

There is more chance off Michael Schumacher making a full recovery, and skiing on the slopes again, than there is off Jovetic managing to put on a pair off boots with out injuring himself and then getting on to to a football pitch in one piece.

Hard to tell as yet - takes about 5 years to prove yourself as bad as RSC . . and longer to be worse!
If we had De Gea and the rags had Hart, we'd be top with a 9 point lead and they'd be in 12th place - that's the difference between a 'good' keeper and a 'top class' keeper - 12 places - think about it.

Homesick or pretending to be injured until the end of Jan at the earliest ?

Strange they have put a date on it. How would they know ?

It almost makes you think someone has diagnosed an injury & is estimating that as a comeback date. But of course that is unlikely; a player actually being injured is the least likely possibility.

In the know sources say they are transforming him into the first bionic football player. Robot legs, lungs, and heart. Will be unstoppable upon his return. Has science gone too far?

Jovetic still showing up as return date off 18th January on physio room, will believe it when i see it.Has been one or two dubious photographs knocking about purporting to be showing him at Carrington, not going to get to excited though ,he was in trainers.

John GuIdetti is now showing as a knee injury with no return date.

In effect we are down to just 2 fit strikers(one carrying a knock) Negredo and Dzeko. We badly need to have a bit off cover and rest them both against Blackburn tomorrow night.

Will take him time to get up to speed though.

I hope we don't rush him,we have some big games coming up.You can fuck a player up for the season rushing them back from a ham string pull.
