Ticket Office Phone Line

Postby Wonderwall » Mon Jan 20, 2014 10:25 am

I have rang the ticket office twice this morning to try and relocate my seat for the Watford game. Both times I have been on hold due to "demand" and then cut off after 20 minutes waiting.

Whoever answers my call are going to get an earful of abuse, I know its not their fault blah blah blah but this piss poor service is always the same when demand is high

3rd tier of the east stand has now come on the planner. This is selling out really fast and should be a repeat of last year!

I still cannot get through to the ticket office, despite being told about 300 times that my call is important to them and I will be connected as soon as possible.

I might just stay in my seat!

So, keep calm and do it the United way

"We invest in young players, That is what we are good at — we’re not like other clubs who can spend fortunes on proven goods. We know that Manchester City are going to pay stupid money, pay silly salaries and all that. We can’t do anything about it. We concentrate on what we can do to try to bring players in for the right reasons. We invest in those who will be with the club for a long time, who will create the character of the club, who will create excitement for our fans. We are very proud of that and we are going to continue that way" - Alex Ferguson 14th May 2012

west ham away looks sold out too as they have been taken offline

Yes the Watford game is the only thing that went on general sale today?

I eventually got through after an age long wait, but credit where its due, I spoke to Danielle and it was professional and good service.

Amazing how a sexy voice can make all the anger of a long queue vanish

Upper east tier for Watford now very few places left. I expect the main stand top tier will appear any minute on the planner!

looking at the seating plan on the ticket site, its going to be a full house as most blocks have very few tickets left now.

The only problem will be the prepubescent high pitch screech as there will be double the usual amount of kids
