To be fair Suarez was reading Baines of the line and going for a near post joke goal, Napoli did that to us . Hart saved us twice. No Hart licker BTW.

Who's the odd man out? Every single player there, bar 1, has a Liverpool, or possible Liverpool based background.

01 Hart
02 Johnson
03 Baines
14 Henderson (Lambert - 87' )
05 Cahill
06 Jagielka
19 Sterling (Barkley - 64' )
04 Gerrard Booked
09 Sturridge
10 Rooney
11 Welbeck (Lallana - 71' )

Hodgson must surely have mental issues over his time at the Dippers.

Really hope all this Suarez to Spain stuff is true...

A brilliant up yours to all them scousers supporting Uruguay and using the #scousenotenglish hashtag on Twitter. You support your country, I did even when there was ten fucking MUFC players in the side. Yet they think they're some sort of independent nation, and put their faith in Bugs Bunny as their ceremonial head... and now he tells them to fuck off! PMSL if it's true.

Oh yeah, and as I'm English, I won't be supporting Argentina either. I love Zab and Kun, but their supporters can stick their Malvinas up their arse.

Allez Belgique!

For those of you who think Hart could have saved Suarez's second goal, what is your opinion of Ghana's second goal against Neuer yesterday? Is he also pap now?
"I used to be 6 foot 2 with curly hair, look what it's done to me"

"In my career so far it's the most important goal. You score the goal in the last minute to win the title. You're not sure if that's ever going to happen in your career again. I wish I could tell you how I did it but I can't. I thought for all the world that Mario was going to have a go himself but he just moved it on one more and it fell at my feet and I just thought: 'Hit the target, hit it as hard as you can and hit the target.' And it went in."

Small(very small) steps forward this tournament, to which neither Gerrard nor Rooney contributed. Gerrard please retire, Rooney can stay on but as squad member not captain or arbiter of team shape.
