Just like with Fernandinho last season, I'll give him five games to prove himself. After that he can fuck off if he hasn't replaced Vinnie as our no.1 CB

Of course they did, just don't tell anybody who it is.

There could we wider implications here though as Porto have to officially tell the Stockmarket first which could lead to issues with them and possibly further issues to this signing.

Hope nobody flaps.

What about .............. NOW?

I was just wondering what sort of money Porto will get from this?

I read that Mangala is 42% owned by the 3rd party which would give them approx 13.5 mil of the deal leaving 18.5 mil to Porto. Then, there is the loyalty payment that would go to Mangala and if, say it was 5%, Porto have to pay it, it is another 1.6 mil from the deal. Also, is there a sell-on premium from his previous club that could impact as well?

When you consider that Porto payed approx £6.5 mil for Mangala then what looks on the outside to be a great deal for them turns into next to fuck all as the majority of the transfer is syphoned away elsewhere. And they have to replace him!

If it was an old birthday cake which had been made using a lot of cheese and it started to smell, would that be 'fromage' ??

I heard Joey Barton had a sanity clause in his QPR contract. Which is strange, as I didn't think Sanity Clause actually existed. Image
