Lawro and Degenerate predictions gameweek 15

Here is the place to talk about all things city and football!

Lawro and Degenerate predictions gameweek 15

Postby Wonderwall » Fri Dec 05, 2014 10:16 am

Lawro reverted to type in midweek with his Nostradamus predictive brain going for 2-0 *Shocker*!! Guess what he goes for this week!!

This week Lawro is taking on Tim "nice but dim" Henman, who is an Oxford United fan!

Man City v Everton (17:30 GMT)

Manchester City are in such a good run of form - their Champions League victory over Bayern Munich lifted the whole club and that has been followed up by really good displays and really good away wins over Southampton and Sunderland.
Everton are not in such great shape and they were booed off the pitch after their home draw with Hull on Wednesday.
The Toffees still have the ability to make this a tight game, but City should have too much for them.
Lawro's prediction: 2-0
Tim's prediction: Man City are trying to hang on to Chelsea's coattails and they'll win to stay in touch at the top: 2-0

Merson has decided he loves us again

Manchester City v Everton

I’ve been quite disappointed with Everton, if I’m being honest. I thought they had a bad result against Hull in midweek but Man City are flying again now. They had two away games at Sunderland and Southampton and scored seven goals; I think they’re back and I can’t see anything but a Man City win.

PAUL PREDICTS: 3-0

Be happy for either of them to get it right. Does Lawro go for the same score every week for other teams, does anyone know?

Not very imaginative, is he.

Was actually wondering if he nearly always goes the same score for another team. Say Arsenal to always win 2-0 or QPR to lose 2-1. Or is it just us that he shows no thought to?

At least Lawro isn't the worst BBC pundit. Crookes wins that for me, by a country mile

Lawro predicted a 3-0 win for us once, it might even have been this season!

Good man Tim 'trying' to hold on to Chelsea coat-tails, were only trying, were just hanging on in there for second place.
All these goons think the league is well and truly over.

It was a typo. He had a lie down when he realised

He does usually go for the top teams to win 2-0. If he thinks Liverpool will lose he puts them down as a draw.
