I agree.

But then if we've signed Bony or Benteke in Jan, we have two players next season who we are unlikely to want to play together, both wanting a place in the Champs Lg next season & to play regularly. Make much more sense to sign a player in Jan, who can play alongside both Dzeko or Aguero.

Pellegrini might give thought to playing Sinclair at centre-forward.

He might be magically transformed into another Thierry Henry......

Old can't-score slow-coach Torres is a striker worthy of playing for Manchester City FC?

Having read some of your alternative reality stuff before (Joe Hart's the best goal keeper in the premier league ha ha ha) I can believe that you're not joking but please accept that it will appear funny to most folk.

Thanks!

Ha ha ha
If we had De Gea and the rags had Hart, we'd be top with a 9 point lead and they'd be in 12th place - that's the difference between a 'good' keeper and a 'top class' keeper - 12 places - think about it.

I am sorry to tell you, but we will not be signing Mido.

Ex-Premier League striker Mido has been named the new coach of Egyptian club Zamalek, at the age of 30.

He becomes the youngest coach in the country's footballing history, having returned to the club where he began his playing career.

Following his appointment, Mido rejected criticism that he is too young to be a coach, having only hung up his boots in June last year.

He told Egyptian TV: "For those who criticise my appointment because of my age, it is normal in Europe and I am ready for the challenge.

"Especially as I was always a leader on the pitch as a player. I refused to coach the youth team at Paris Saint-Germain and other offers to take charge of my beloved club."

Doumbia had a pretty impressive game vs. Bayern as well:

Would be a good shout since he was one of the most dangerous men on the pitch in both games that we played them. Always very positive and aggressive in his moves, with a good bit of skill to back it up

This.
Last few minutes in Rome he was running round like a spring lamb, beautiful play for the second goal. His club needs him now and he appears to have some mystery problem. Again. Step up to the plate young man and claim your glory.

In the other hand he could be genuinely hurt, we don't lnow. But he does seem to be a bit of a soft lad.
