He's only just recently started performing in el clasicos. For a long time he was a passenger in those games.

He's a cat. Just like Nasri.

Except he scores 60 a season, a tad more than Nasri. He's scored10 goals in el classicos. Has scored in his last 6 and last 5 at the Nou Camp/

Today is Ronaldo's 30th and glorious Canadian TV butchered it:

February 5th is the world’s best football player’s birthday.

So it is no surprise to see vast amounts of news outlets and social media users wishing Cristiano Ronaldo a very happy 30th.

Even in Canada, where football (or soccer) is way down on the list of favourite sports, the Real Madrid star was the focus of much birthday love.

Toronto’s number one breakfast show, Breakfast Television, opted to wish the Ballon d’Or winner many happy returns, but got it horribly, horribly wrong.

Instead of displaying a picture of the Portuguese megastar, they hilariously used a photo of Manchester City and Argentina striker Sergio Aguero.

Unsurprisingly, Breakfast Television were the subject of much social media scrutiny after their very public cock-up.
