If you are correct, I hope the owners see sense and get rid of his superiors instead for putting such ridiculous pressure on him.

I'm the opposite.

If they think he's failed then I don't give a fuck if they decide to sack him, so long as the next bloke keeps trying to play in a similar attacking manner. My only worry is bringing someone in, & then Guardiola not signing a new deal at Bayern. I don't give a toss if Guardiola stays there, but if he comes to Arse, Chelsea or rags, it's going to make our job twice as difficult in the foreseeable future imo.

Oh shit. The Telegrapgh are claiming Rodgers will take over from MP. Honestly, I'd sooner have Fergie or Frank Clark.

Can't stand Rodgers. Rumours about Ancellotti taking over. Now that guy knows how to win.

Ancellotti would be a good shout. Still satisfied myself though. I think Pellers has earned a third season imo

Three things I'd like to see happen:

1. Sort the set pieces out.

2. Play to the team's strengths.

3. Stop pissing about with the defence, changing 2 players each time we play.

Basics, yes, but we seemed to have lost the fundamentals of football.

Set pieces on the whole have been better recently apart from when Silva is involved. Stopping him may be key.

What, we actually got it past the first man; I wonder how many we've scored from them, recently?

Highly dissatisfied at this moment in time. We play the percentage game then when we don't score we seem to fall back into our shell. Pellers then tries to absolve it by throwing a multitude of attacking options on there without any real thought to how we should play.

We've shown that this system doesn't work, why keep playing it.

Shite.

1. Still no threat.

2. No change whatsoever, getting worse.

3. 3 changes again (although I do think they did well).

I am beyond trying to fathom our game management we do not lack the quality, we did a double under this manager, I am pretty sure if he picked up the phone and spoke with Mancini he would concur Attitude is questionable, is he to scared to call it as it is for fear of the bullet.

I think he knows he is powerless to change anything and here as only stopgap. So, he is trying to make do with what he has without causing a storm.

No place to hide on Wed night, I also think he has about 5 players he kinda trusts the rest and him are not on the same page, I also think the signings have failed so badly it has become a bunch of ins and outs, from the keeper to Bony none of it has added a thing. I don't blame them as individuals just a mess of a squad, Lampard under used as an example.
