Met Halsey a few years ago in a car park in Horwich. He was sound. Buzzed off the Gillingham match.

Just read his book the other day, great read and an inspirational story for those undergoing cancer treatment

Surprisingly not as salacious as I expected it would be, but it seems he views Riley as a cunt just as much as the rest of us.

Emma Lipman is now confirmed as attending on Tuesday

Emma joined City in July 2013 from Leeds United Ladies.

Lipman started her career with Coventry City Ladies before going on to play for Leeds City Vixens. She remained at the club until 2011, when she made the decision to move across the city and signed for Leeds United.

She enjoyed a successful stint at the Lilywhites, slotting straight into the first-team and alternating between defensive and midfield roles. A string of fine performances soon caught the eye of City, who snapped her up.

Lipman also has three caps and one goal for the England Universities side, finding the net in a 2-0 win over Welsh Universities.

In 2010, she represented Great Britain’s Futsal team in the World University Games in Serbia – an achievement she claims is her best to date.

A hard-working full-back who isn't afraid to get stuck in with a tackle and is strong in the air, Lipman is eager for the start of the season to arrive, having enjoyed well-deserved success with the Continental Cup win back in October 2014.

When asked of her targets for the coming season, she revealed she hopes to continue her own development as a player, whilst maintaining a place in the starting line-up where possible.

Playing with such quality around her, Lipman feels that the new City side can produce exciting and impressive performances which will hopefully lead them to further success come the end of the season.

Don't forget we are opening the meeting to a limited number of non-members but you do need to register to attend. Visit http://www.mcdsa.co.uk
