I'm sorry but customer service is and always has been a joke.

Phoned to complain that the £1500 was taking in error and cost me bank fees, nobody replied to my emails before I went out of the country. Its a good job it came from my savings account as I would have been totally screwed.

Any other business would refund the bank fees and some as courtesy for the error/inconvenience; but not a football club (and a football club that is about to bid £80 for one single footballer).

I clearly went online to change the bank that my payment goes out of and clearly selected the DD option (rather than pay in full) but the lad on the line blames me for the error and says "nobody elses has done that".

Well that means that not a single fan has changed their bank account for DD payments online?

Poor form City, add my bank fees to Pogba's agent fees....
