Can some other club come in and snap him up from under our noses for nothing? Sounds like a few clubs want to sign him

He turns 17 in a couple of weeks at which point he will sign pro terms for City.

Curse of slim's praise aside I think he looked very much a 1st team player albeit against very poor opposition. He doesn't carry himself like an academy kid trying to impress, he's more like a wonder kid we've just signed for £6m+addons from the championship.

I would like to see Ronnie Lopez replace Navas on the right wing. He's dangerous, got great pace and drive, can cross effectively and score goals......I think he would be a major threat. The downside to that is Navas helps out tremendously on his defensive duties

I'd like to see Barker replace Nasri before we lose Navas TBH. Lopes for mine is looking more and more like he believes he belongs in the first team which goes a long way, but I do question the quality of his end product(which ironically I do with Navas as well). It'd be nice to have a starting lineup that featured Barker, Lopes, Garcia, Iheanacho, Angelino, Denayer, Humphreys...who've I missed? Well you get the idea, but I think we really have to limit the amount of players we blood at once for fear of damaging the output.

Essentially pick two players for rotation duties/sub appearances and a further two players for spots on the bench for midweek/weekends around CL games, I wouldn't do more than that. Although, the day Barker, Garcia and Lopes all start at the swamp/bridge/library in the league will be a great day for City.

I don't understand why we should get rid of Nasri or Navas at all. We've a pretty small squad currently and even counting Lopes and a further addition (KDB), we'd be short a player if we lost either.

And there'd still be minutes (4 competitions!) for the likes of Roberts, Barker or Manu García, provided they don't go out on loan.

Since we are talking about the kids, what's up with Ambrose saying Manchester is similar to Paris!
