Friday Night Football

Has disappeared in the ether it seems. Has there been a statement about it?

It's the premium timeslot for games in Oz. I'm surprised you haven't embraced it earlier. Particularly a mid table club who'd get a competition free night.
Attack the argument of the person, not the person of the argument- except Carl.

Starts officially next season dazby. The rag game was this season because of a demonstration being held near villa on the Saturday.

The EDL were protesting in Birmingham on the Saturday and they wanted United fans to be able to attend both events.

Looking forward to Friday night football TBH much better prospect than a Monday night

My age may be catching up with me here but wasn't there live "First Division" football on ITV at one stage on a Friday night. I'm talking pre Premier League here.

were we in the PL when they last had it at when we were still at Maine Road - I can remember the games but can't remember where we were in terms of our yoyo trajectory at the time - I think it was when I was just at uni or maybe just leaving school - 1992/1993/1994?

Anyone?

I quite enjoyed it whenever it was
