Raheem's smarter cousin on the left looks like.

The two of them together would scare the fuck out of any backline.

Granted I've now seen about 4 mins of YouTube. So he should be good to go.

Cheers

German based posters and those who've watched Schalke a bit on BM claim he's a real deal top prospect.

If there is any truth in this claptrap, which is debatable, we should be looking for a defender or two, and not a 'prospect' for 50 odd gazillion.

(In)Sane to pay that much in an area we are actually blessed with real talent. A big fat no from me

Want way too much for a player who looks good in a league where even Bony would. No slight to Bayern here but there's a reason they are running away with it.. The competition is Scottish league quality..

Pretty sure Pep is the voice behind any activity at City this January. He will have a clear idea who he wants and wants out and the deal will have been "money is no object" to get him Excitin! Can "typical City" still rear its head? lol

Again, the money...

Why do we worry so much about it?

There is a surcharge for rich teams like us and leagues like the Premier League to add talent.

United will likely pay over 50mil for Martial at least.

As for why we are interested, I don't see why we wouldn't. We need to get younger, and I gather we'd rather have him in the squad then Nasri or Navas, who is a decent squad player for a club such as ours, and has his talents, but he's not really going to challenge for anyone's place unless we are underperforming. Having Sané, who is barely 20 years old, eager to prove himself, with talent good enough to make the team anyway I am gathering, and with world class potential...

Those are exactly the type of players we should to be after.

Fees now are out of this world compared to the past, but the money coming in is so high/potentially higher that we wouldn't be taking such risks if it was that much of a worry.

I don't hear that we are in financial trouble because we spent somewhere between 32 & 42 mil on Mangala and we end up selling.

Bony looked good in the Premier League before we signed him, these things are not that simple.

zacklee...

a player has to play in a team in a style in an environment that brings the best out in him...and plays to his strengths and taps into how he motivates himself and what his ultimate abilities are which can be managed in a way to grow and flourish.

Swap Bony out for this Sane kid and we're fucking having a laff with our style and approach. We'd fucking see some serious upping of the level of Sterling and Kevin Brown as well since only 2 of the 3 would see a lot of time if Silva is fit.

Mouthwatering concepts.

Groot fucking worked in Guardians of the Galaxy, but we're the fucking Avengers.

cheers

A glimpse of what he could offer, in a key match fighting for 4th in the Bundesliga against Gladbach yesterday.

http://www.foxsports.com/soccer/story/g ... oal-031816

Clearly, he us not afraid to defend (as can be seen in other match highlights that show him tracking back hard elsewhere). Here, in the key goal to take the lead watch the way he takes the ball away, then makes a run where he passes the ball ahead to his left, then uses not only his pace to run around the defender, but strength, to get the ball from the inside (!). Is that not the kind of play we could use outside of KDB and Silva? Put he and Raheem together on the wings and good luck to the defence.

wonder if he's been injured or what but i believe yesterday's match the first that he's started in a long time...almost since our reported interest. maybe they benched him to keep his head on straight.
