Agreed, but considering how poor Tintin was in the second period, I'd have taken him off instead of Yaya. I probably would have kept Navas on as well and made a straight sub of Aguero for Iheanacho, but in hindsight everything's easy.

When Yaya was subbed, it was a good move as it allowed KDB to move into the centre where he is most effective.

By having Sterling and Navas on the wings, we had genuine width (and this is where all our best performances this season come from).

But then moments later Pellegrini takes off Navas and KDB spends the rest of the game mainly on the right wing where he is wasted. He was having a bad game anyway but he is at his best when playing in a central position.

This just provides yet another example where we don't have any tactical plan in a match.
