Will Pep regularly utilise Fullbacks or Wingbacks?

Reading the book about his first season at Bayern, I'm expecting Pep to have about 8 different formations. And even more in the second half.

He adapted his style at Bayern, not least to deal with all the counterattacking teams in Germany. What he'll do in the Premier League is therefore unknown and I suspect it'll adapt as it goes along and he learns about teams and our players.

I'll therefore give it 15 minutes of the Sunderland game before someone is on here claiming he's clueless

Right this minute, it does not matter what formation we play or how many ways to play he invents.
We wil win fuck all trophies.
We have awesome attacking capabilities, An o.k. Midfield with a potential new star on crutches BUT
NO DEFENCE based on last years showing (and no team spirit either).
Those transfer rumours better start materialising.
Because without a solid and pacy defence combined with team spirit, you win fuck all.
And just think how difficult it will be to beat the Rags and Chelsea with the way they will setup and our defence.
