Am I right in thinking its a much easier job than Pepe's?

All he has to do is talk to Pepe about players and priorities and then the market for suitable talent.

Too right BJ, and those mistakes are gonna cost us big time - if what's happened to Sagna tonight is as feared it underlines how we have failed to strengthen in key areas.
