Doubt it with the new TV deal. The play off final was dubbed the £170m game. Together with increased revenues and CL money I reckon we've got a big pile of cash

To put it simply, yes it does make a difference to what we spend. The same rules still apply to us that have done since the inception of the rules.
We're in such a healthy position now in terms of turnover though that it should have little effect on any proposed deals.
