Probably because I've not been around, such a calming figure ;-)

he’s struggling to come to terms with not being made a legend.

I'm sure he doesn't give a fuck, mate, I worked out that it's only the old fuckers who get it. There's no real bonuses to it unless you like the strip girls and champagne breakfasts, maybe preferential treatment in the backrooms, but, apart from that it's all about the content ;-)

We could really do with the Scousers dropping some points in their next three games or we'd need something like 7 out of 8 wins (assuming we progress in both cups) to be ahead of them going into the final two games of the season. Big ask, but if there's one team that can do it then it's this one.

If De Bruyne/Silva could find proper form we do this.

Problem is Silva AND KDB should not be in the starting line up - shadow of the players that they were last season.

Today we were fucking diabolical in front of goal , Silva does what he annoyingly ALWAYS does in or around the Pen area..he fucks around trying to pass the ball into the net and KDB is half a yard slow.

They both need to really up their performances as I cannot see PeP dropping either of them.....which he should do.

I actually thought Silva started the season brilliantly but has seriously waned since returning from his injury, whereas De Bruyne has been below par since his late start into the season and just like Silva it's poor decision making more than anything else. I'd alternate between the two for the next month in midfield to play alongside Bernardo with Fern/Gundo behind and go from there, but what Pep decides to do with them is anyone's guess.

The new Spuds stadium can be an advantage for us . They have never played there. Their fans will be spread around and removed to places they never have seen. The atmosphere needs to be created anew. All those teething in pains City had going to the Etihad, they are about to experience.

"Neutrals" are loving all this.

One set of fans is going to be extremely heartbroken to put it mildly.

Impossible to say who will win the PL, it is 50/50 but I think the CL is the key.

Dippers should get past Porto and then the weight of 'istry' will be on them - big time - draining them of energy both mentally and physically.
Talk of the PL/CL double will take of (I am surprised it has not started already) and that will be very hard to cope with.
They have a lot of games to play, a thin squad, a couple of tricky PL away games, hopefully a CL semi with Barca running them into the ground
and they cannot cope with injuries to their key players.

If we can keep the pressure on logic says they will crack.

P.S.
Alisson and VVD are hailed as the second coming. I have my doubts. I expect a couple of howlers from them before the season ends.

This week is only the start. The April fixture schedule is very demanding, basically massive games every few days :)
Its amazing really that we are fighting on 3 fronts now, hope it doesn't trip us up in the league.
Its a massive challenge for the squad and management team, are they ready for it? If Silva and KDB were in good form that would be a yes. I think when push comes to shove we will need all of our best players at it 100% to get us through this month.
