The idea of the shuttle service has been in place ever since we moved to COMS so it's nice to see it working now. When the Commonwealth games took place they had similar, and the disabled supporters club have been asking for it to be put in use for the disabled fans who park in the North Car park ever since we moved from Maine Road. There has been issues with insurance, but looks like that is all resolved now.
If anyone has any other suggestions for ways that disabled access or viewing can be improved, please let me know as we are looking to set up a meeting with the club very soon
