He’s Peruvian and according to Wikipedia (must be true!) we won’t be seeing him for a while:

On 18th April 2020 it was announced that Alianza Lima had sold Aguilar to English Champions Manchester City for a fee believed to be in the region of 2.8 million pounds. Aguilar was immediately loaned back to Alianza Lima until The 5th May 2021 which is when he turns 18.

hes on the city web page, video of him playing for his team, he is big and looks quite decent at defending

Seems odd considering we spent big money on that brazilian right back whos the same age......
derby day the scores were level,
then the goat was fed by neville,
