Sancho has progressed hugely and his value has soared. How many of the others that we have had substantial fees for done same. Denayer, Lopez, Rekik, Diaz, Iheanacho have been sold for approaching £70+M in the last few years. Throw in the likes of Mooy, Huws, Matongo(? The Welsh lad sold to a German club), Celina and a host of others and we have probably cleared £130M maybe more. Possibly only Sancho has been a fuck up in terms of whether we should of kept him.

Things like sell on clauses and the like will further negate the loss and make the pill less bitter. But agree re Garcia. He looks the biz. But I can totally understand why his minutes have been limited. I dont necessarily agree with it, but I'm not privy to what goes on in training etc.

Foden is another. The next season will be his time to shine. But equally the players themselves need to really make the most of their opportunities and in such a team as we have that is not easy. Our standards are incredibly high and even seasoned pros have struggled at times.

But all in all, the Academy is doing what it's designed to do. Make us money and turn out the odd first teamer and a few squad players

Agree with all Foden and Garcia look capable of being top players. After the last 10 years they have a ton of pressure to take us on. I am not sure we will see it again. The players who we have seen are some of the best any fan will ever see. Yaya Vinny David Zabba Ferna Sergio to name a few. Are they going to have that depth of quality around them. Sergio’s goals ratio has been once in a lifetime.

Whatever about foden, Garcia should have played more in the league. Sure we played two centre midfielders at central defence this season and he still couldnt get a game.

Its mind boggling that when he finally played, he was excellent and then still dropped.

Once the league was gone and lets face it, its been gone since before Christmas, garcia and foden(but mostly Garcia) should have played a lot more.

Whats the point in persisting with a 32 year old otamendi when his days are numbered? Id say the same for stones too. Risk free opportunity to play Garcia(and foden) in competitive premier league matches and gain valuable experience. If not now then when if ever?
derby day the scores were level,
then the goat was fed by neville,
silly boy should know for sure,
feed the goat and he will score!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

THEY SAY SWEARING IS DUE TO A LIMITED VOCABULARY. I KNOW THOUSANDS OF WORDS, BUT I STILL PREFER "FUCK OFF" TO "GO AWAY"

I do but trust Pep, Garcia if we can tie him down I Hope is a city player for years mate. He has Puyol as his agent that’s a concern as Pique reaches 30 plus. Foden has been educated under the best Yaya and Silva etc it’s on him now. To help them break the bank and pay Sane wtf he wants he is world class Now.

I dont think it's a money issue with Sane. He appears to have been turned by the German rags and looks set to go - but on our terms. Agree that I would want to keep him but he should not be the highest paid player in the current squad.
No idea what the fuck we are doing with Garcia can only assume that we were solely concentrating on chumps league and banking on a Fern and Laporte partnership hence Fern getting all the minutes over him. Garcia is good enough to replace Stones and Otter now and have harewood-bellis as understudy for domestic cups.

I think Garcia has the potential to be one of the very best defenders out there.

I believe alongside Laporte he can grow to be world class.

I would take Harvey Barnes I think he looks like a proper player. Or make sure we get Sancho back.
