THE UNOFFICIAL OFFICIAL FA CUP THREAD

Postby Original Dub » Sat Mar 06, 2010 2:10 pm

Obviously it can't be the official one because I'm just not BBL as much as I want to be....

anywho,

Pompey 2-0 Brum

Semi finals of the FA Cup beckons for the brokest of broke ass clubs. Madness. First goal was a bit scrappy, but second goal was nicely taken, however I feel both defender and Hart could have done better.

How bittersweet would it be if Pompy were to win this season's FA Cup?

Amazing scenes.

Brum have a clear goal refused.

Cue more endless debate about goalline technology. Just what we need.

Aye silly debate because there shouldn't be one. Camera on the underside of the cross bar. Bang done.

And on the day the IFA declare that they are abandoning looking at goal line technology I hasten to add.

Only managed to catch the last part of second half but the Goal scorer for Pompey looked a good player , I wouldnt mind seeing em go on to win the whole shebang now ,, go down in style,
I agree with O D , though 1 camera would sort it all out

Just watching the Real - Sevilla match. What a frickin game it's been. Sevilla 2-0 up and Real come back and are now 3-2 up. The game itself has been end to end and has really changed my perception of Spanish football.

What a game! Any chance Mancio??

Reading 1-0 Aston Villa

Is it wrong that i want this to end a draw? I really want Spurs and Villa to have as many games as possible running into the last part of the season and with Spurs drawing yesterday adding another game to there fixtures i hope Villa do the same.

Martin O'Neill must have had some choice words at half time for his Players. That's one comeback.

We should finish above Villa this season - yet their Fans experienced one Cup Final and are now one Match away from another. I'm well jealous.

Hi Garry,I just wanted to shake your hand and ask you a question.I go to COMS as mucha as possible but sometimes I cannot leave the house as Sophie.....sorry..Sophie is my Cat...... needs a carer when Im away and sometimes I cannot find one.
My question is ; Is it possible to bring Sophie to matches at COMS in her kitten box and can she come in for free?

It's amazing that we got rid of Dunne because he was deemed not good enough yet he's been to one final, is off to Wembley again and will probably finish above us in the league.

Amazing I tells ya.

Amazing, but not surprising to most of us.

Perhaps more testament to the Coaching of Martin O'Neill because Dunne had become an absolute liability towards the end. I don't think i've come across a Centre Half who'd scored more Own Goals, been at fault in the Defence and was sent off in one season as many times as Dunne in 08/09. Remember, City are chasing the Premiership and the European Cup now. Is Dunne really good enough to achieve such heights in the next few seasons?
