Best thing about the new home kit.........

Here is the place to talk about all things city and football!

Best thing about the new home kit.........

Postby crossan » Mon Aug 02, 2010 2:19 pm

Are the retro 1970s socks..................the shirt is a rip off and anyone who has already got last seasons want's their head testing if the buy the new one,its just a bloody collar change.
I am City til I die,
I am City til I die,
I know I am,I'm sure I am,
I am City til I die.

bit more than just a collar change, it has the same fit as the away which makes it better than last years

i agree with this. if yr like me and you've got guns like a Somali warlord, and a gut like a wannabe barfly then the new fit is just perfection.

cheers

Disagree with this, just recieved the new away on Friday and it's a very similar fit to the new England away shirt. I much prefer the cut of last years shirt, i deff won't be getting the new home this year.

AJ looks so out of place in that pic. He's like Harry Potter standing between Darth Vader and the Emperor. Or Snow posing with NWA.

I love the new socks... I love the new shirt!
I can't understand everyone moaning that it's not changed much... what the f@ck do you want... white sleeves, navy blue trim, a different shade of blue?
A City shirt should be sky blue and white trim, simple as that, and no fancy flashes... this kit... the whole kit will look absolutely stunning on the team. It is without doubt the best kit we've had since Colin Bell graced the same kit.

That pic is mint. I wonder if that's actually taken on Kippax Street or it's been Photoshopped? Either way, they look the Bollox - although with Vinnie and his 'Frankenstein'esque' look, they may scare a few of the punters away.

Oi fuey! Can you get the MCF 5aside team an updated kit?

Not a problem if not! :-)

I cant even get you last seasons as there were all printed with squad numbers and names so everyone gets to keep them, i can try and ask around though and see if there are some lying about, cant promise out though!!
