city has ever had. i love it when a player gets stuck in!!
for me:
1. de jong: think the guy shows no fear and some times its unbelieavable the tackles he gets away with! :-)
2. dunnie: some of hes monster dunnie tackles were so hilarious
3 pearce: would always get the ball and the man aswell
whats yours? im not talking about a whos the hardest player

Dunnie, de Jong, Barton, Morrison, tiatto. I'd say dunnie put in the hardest tackles I can remember

Joey, Tiatto, SWP in his first spell here when playing RWB used to put in some tackles where he knew he'd get hurt but did it anyway.
Ben Thatcher loved to get stuck in. Spencer Prior, Tevez loves to get stuck in with some blocking as well.
Paul Bosvelt, even though he was a bit slow on the tackling by the time he made it to City, wouldn't back out of a challenge.

Dave Watson could put himself about and Bobby Macdonald was pretty handy as well.

Don't forget Francis Lee was a real dirty bastard, Kevin Horlock could do a bit. De jong is the new man about town and I would have loved to see him square up against Keane !

Berbatov wins golden boot, spends following season on the bench while his team loses title on goal difference. Well played, Fergie.

Mike Doyle, Dave Watson, Gerry Gow ....... but those were subject to almost 'different rules' to today's crop. So I reckon De Jong would be up there given the same criteria as to what a foul is.

when someone asks this question in a years time i think barry and kompany will be on the list.
I think it goes unnoticed with barry alot because he stays on his feet but hes been taking fucking names this season and kompany started smashing people at the end of last season. As it stands though i'd say psycho, extra credit because he was only little.
