Next season should be round about the time when Harry's bullshit wears off, they suffer a run of disasterous results & and he does one leaving the club bankrupt.

Channel 5 thursday night.

Have to feel it's going to be a serious battle for the club to hold on to the better players at the club.Certainly both Bale and Modrics names will be whispered in many a big clubs boardrooms this summer.

Harrys situation is interesting , hes a crafty one and if he thinks a ship is going to sink he will no doubt be the first to jump.I'm not fond of Harry whatsoever but i do think if he was to go alarm bells would start to ring at white hart lane.

Was listening to 5 Live at lunchtime and some idiot suggested Chelsea might go fo Redknapp - on what planet is that then? The media's obsession and delusion about Arry continues, unabated.

So football's great entertainers, who play the best football, end up on Channel 5 again. Awww, never mind eh. Time we went in for Bale who really would add to our squad.

Arsenal and Chelsea are still no great shakes unless they spend big this summer. I think Spurs will treat the EL and the LC as an involvement exercise for fringe/young players and have a real good go in the league and FA Cup. I'd expect Modric, Bale and VdV all to leave, Harry and Ade to stay and some good signings to be made. I think they'll be there or there abouts again next year in terms of top four.

Their policy in my opinion should be to snap up the best non-top-6-and-Liverpool players out there. I can see them going in for the likes of Dembele, Sessegnon, Simpson (who I've heard has had a fall out at Newcastle - dunno how serious), Mignolet, Moses, Odemwingie, Fellaini and Baines. There's loads of good players who'd jump at the chance to go there I reckon.

Personally, I can't see Adebayor staying at Spurs; they won't want to pay anywhere near his current wages and, to me at least, Ade doesn't seem the type who would want/be willing to take a big pay cut as he seems to be full of his own self-worth.

In the event I'm way off the mark with this one, I just hope we extract a sizeable fee for him and not let him go for peanuts.

What are his other options? By going out on loan he's demonstrated a determination to play top-level football. It might be a case of Spurs paying him what they can (say 80k) and us making up the shortfall (say 50k) and there being a nominal transfer fee. The landscape is changing with FFP. We need rid and Spurs can bag a bargain. It could be the best option for all parties.

Either that or we pack him of to Anzi Makachakalaka or whatever the fuck they're called.

He had a supposedly happy time in Spain at Real Madrid, so his agent might try to get him in at Malaga although, for no valid reason, I can somehow see him ending up in Italy (hope it's not Fiorentina), provided PSG don't come knocking on his door.

According to some of the gutter press reports, didn't he have a recent training ground bust up with Twitcher (handbags at dawn stuff ??), so if the tactical genius stays in Spudland, Ade might not relish, quite so much, the possibilities of a second sojourn in the Capital.

I really wish there had been a camera on Harry Redknapp during the penalty shoot out last night.

Modric and Bale will go. They may have to sell them as two years out of the CL is not in Spurs business model.

Of all our rivals I can see them all being better next year, except Spurs. It honestly would not surprise me if Redknapp was not the manager at the start of next season.

This will delay their plans for a new stadium.
They will not be able to recruit players they need.
They will not be able to hang onto all their star players.

Mid Table obscurity beckons.

You may well be right here. As someone mentioned here, 'arry is surely the first one to leave if the ship starts to sink.

If Levy promises that all the funds they receive for sales can be used to new signings Redknapp might stay... but even if that happens I can easily see him walking if they hit a rough patch

If we get Hazard, Modric will be off to Chelsea i think.

Once Modric goes, the deck of cards may fall.

I truely detest Tottenham Hotspur so they can fuck off back to mid table mediocrity if they dont mind.

Do you know, I don't actually give to fuck's about Spurs. They were spending fortunes, what was it, 200 and odd million, while we were spending our budget on Samaras?

Redknapp's disrespect for us this season after we loan him a quality player has been the last straw for me regarding Spurs. He, and they, can lick my ball's as they are a graceless club who are nearly as deluded as the armchair rag fans or the candle-lit Dalglish sychophants.

Fuck 'em!

Hahaaha Iread somewhere that Adi says they are trying hard with the chairman to make his move permenant , So Modric to Chelski would seem a good bet to raise funds , I dont know If its just me or not But I dont see them getting the money they think they will for Bale . Pinneer back to Blue scouse looks on , "Arry spunking a load of money and then fooking off seems a good bet too .
