He will not give Lukaku maybe 20 mill and that is it mill up or down.And City will take it .
You can't be a real country unless you have a beer and an airline. It helps if you have some kind of a football team, or some nuclear weapons, but at the very least you need a beer.

For 25 mill. sure, only i would really hope to see him under Pelegrini with wings look like we will have few now.
