I use the Corby ones when I stay in hospitals. They're OK but not a patch on a steam iron.

Are the Manny ones any good?

The Count - I'm not feeling it tbh.

He looks like Zelda from Terrahawks if you ask me. Sorry too computer illiterate to do pics.

I'm going with Pellers.

Why not use his already given nickname of "Engineer"?? As in "he engineered a victory using clever tactics"

Antti has already proven that the use of that nickname gives him a massive, by Finnish standards, boner. I'd rather not encourage that. What's wrong with the fucking Falcon? where did that go?

cheers

P.S. they say Penis sizes are smaller in brainiacs and people who live in cold weather climates. So, there's that....think about it.

Press conference (if over) was very bog standard.

Only thing of note was he was pressed on the futures of Barry and Lescott and said that within a week he will understand their futures.

Never criticise a man until you've walked a mile in his shoes.
That way when you do criticise him you'll be a mile away.
And you'll have his shoes.

Here the live blog feed from MuEN for those that dont have video.

nothing really interesting though.

13.30
The press conference has now finished. a follow-up story will be posted here shortly. Stay tuned!

13.28So, expect more attacking, attractive football from City next season, which is one of new boss Pellegrini's main aims. Bring on season 2013/14!

13.27
The Chilean was also asked if the Premier League will be different without Sir Alex Ferguson. He said 'yes probably' but that David Moyes will ' do a good job.'

13.26Pellegrini did not want to discuss any specific names who are being targeting as potential signings for the club.

13.25
Pellegrini: "Winning the Premier League is important and so is the Champions League. This is the fifth country I have worked in in my career so I have no problem with that., I have no problem fitting in here and I know all I need to know about the Premier League."

13.23
After being asked why he came to City, Pellegrini said : "We have a very good squad with very good players who can reach important targets.

"Another reason is the fans. This club has incredible fans.T hey are very loyal."

13.21There is no sign of other new City signing Jesus Navas at the press conference today.

13.19
There is a slight break in proceedings.

13.16
Pellegrini is now speaking again. He says he wants to bring the best players in the world to Manchester City. That is what the club will try to do

13.16
Fernandinho: "I want to play well and if I give good performances then I think the fans will like me."

13.16
Fernandinho: "It will be slightly different working with a new manager as I have spent eight years working with the same one but I hope to build the same kind of relationship."

13.15
Fernandinho: "Manchester City is known as one of the best teams in the world and the people back home in Brazil were congratulating me."

13.14
Fernandinho: "I have come to City to win as many medals and trophies as possible. That is my main aim."

13.12
Pellegrini is communicating in English and now Fernandinho is being asked questions via an interpreter.

13.11Pellegrini plans to talk to all of his players and 'see what they think' over the next week or so

13.10
Pellegrini is asked about the rivalry with neighbours Manchester United. He said: 2I know for fans of Manchester City fans, beating Manchester United important and a top priority. I been up against United in Champions League with Villarreal, so I have experience."

13.08
Pellegrini sees Tottenham, Manchester United and Chelsea as City's main rivals next season

13.07
Pellegrini on how he wants the Blues to play. He said" We are hoping and always going to try to play attractive football. All the other teams I have worked before I have wanted to play attacking football and I want to try that again at Manchester City."

13.06
Pellegrini says City have made two good signings and are looking for one more striker

13.05
Pellegrini on Tevez move to Juventus: "It was the first choice for Tevez. So he is happy."

13.01
The conference is about to start... Pellegrini is sitting with Fernandinho
12.56
While we wait for the press conference to start, have you heard about City's early kick-off to the season event at Manchester Central?
