Here is the place to talk about all things city and football!

This is where we start the busy Christmas period with most teams having 8 games in less than a month, most probably sorting the wheat from the chaff.
Take your pick of the matches but I'll be keeping a close eye on those around us and with the Rags having 2 home games against ex-managers, one compliant, and one not so, we could see them cement their place in the top 4 positions. Then again, we could see the exact opposite if their shaky defence has anything to do with it.
Today
West Brom v Arsenal 1245
Burnley v Aston Villa 1500
Liverpool v Stoke1500
Rags v Hull 1500
QPR v Leicester 1500
Swansea v Crystal Palace 1500
West Ham v Newcastle 1500
Sunderland v Chavs 1730
Tomorrow
Southampton v City 1330
Spurs v Everton 1600
Tuesday
Burnley v Newcastle 19:45
Leicester v Liverpool 19:45
Man Utd v Stoke 19:45
Swansea v QPR 19:45
Crystal Palace v Aston Villa 20:00
West Brom v West Ham 20:00
Wednesday
Arsenal v Southampton 19:45
Chelsea v Tottenham 19:45
Everton v Hull 19:45
Sunderland v Man City 19:45

Well that's the Arsenal fans chants finished for the weekend. Their one and only song , over and done with in the first 30 seconds of the game.

Seems to be David Pleat on the stream I'm watching.
Thought he was dead or in in prison.

I'm struggling to concentrate on this game. There's this fucking whining noise coming out of my telly.

Not the greatest of games and I can't understand how Owen can class Arsenals performance as amazing. Now, if they'd scored a couple then you could possibly say they've been very good but without a goal they look like a good team without a decent finish in them.
Brom look like they're waiting for something, maybe for Arsenal to tire after their midweek game, but I can see them falling further and further back with Arsenal having a greater chance of take the points.

Amazing ?
Is that really what he said ??
No way would he be describing it as that, if it was City playing. Quite the opposite.

Just before the half finished. And this, the team that has just been given an almighty bunk-up by the lino.

Good cross & good header from Wellshite.
The modern day trick of letting fullbacks pick up strikers, is fucking stupid.

According to Pleat people these days won't remember 'Dixie Deans'.
No they won't David, as there was no such player.

Really incredible, innit?
They received almost 120 mil for Torres and Suarez. And they managed to spend them all on shit players. And City is the one that ruined football.

Last season it was Skrtel, this season it's Felaini.
He keeps getting away with blatant fouls.
