Did Pep not say any one who got to the quarters wouldn't be involved in this game. Personally don't see why not, they'll have had over a week to rest.

Need to get a full squad up for this and spank the cunts.

He chats a lot of shit mate. We need to remember Pep said he wouldn’t sign a new contract during the WC and then he did exactly that.

I’m sure he’s bipolar.

City’s English contingent have been given 10 days off by Pep - most other teams(like 99-% of them ) have given their players 7 days .

If Grealish and KP had a proper winners mentality then they would have insisted on being back as soon as possible.

Apparently Rodri has a knock, which if it’s true and Phillips isn’t back chomping at the bit to get a chance in that role whilst Rodri is out, is just ridiculous

Got my be on best behaviour email sent from Ferran and his scouse counterpart earlier today. Good to have the real footy back. IF these reports that we have given this time off to our english contingent are true, I will expect us to slaughter Leeds - no fucking excuses

Really good opportunity to put down a marker for the remainder of the season. But will Pep really go for it?

City website saying that Rodri was training today (as well as Akanji and Ake). Possible, of course, that Rodri received a knock in training.

My bad, I saw the headline of this nonsense article and didn’t bother to click on it to read that it was utter bollocks and assumed the spell on the sidelines was an injury -

Had a quick glance through the article and it is truly the epitome of ‘utter bollocks’!
