Not the biggest problem in my opinion.
Biggest problem is the pace, or rather lack of it.
Second problem is that allour 4 attacking players are attacking in one straight line, i.e. no on goes to meet the ball, whereas someone else goes deep. This leads to very few passing alternatives.
Third problem. Barry and de Jong are too deep when we're going forward, which means that there's no one there to win the ball if/when we lose possession around the penalty area.
