James Milner has completed his transfer to Manchester City, with Stephen Ireland joining Aston Villa.

Stoke City have boosted their attacking options by signing Jon Walters from Ipswich Town.

Liverpool have completed the signing of goalkeeper Brad Jones from Middlesbrough.

Fulham have signed Belgian international striker Moussa Dembele from AZ Alkmaar on a three-year deal.

Blackpool have completed the signing of Israel international Dekel Keinan.

All transfers have been added to the list.
