That's the end of 90 mins, 3 mins of injury time to be played

Awful defending - decided it was more important to help Lescott and Vinnie mark Delfuoneso than to pick up his own player.

Three minutes stoppage time...snail's pace now.

I think Bridge causes more problems tbh. When Lescott first came I'm sure it took him longer to settle in to the team because he had Bridge next to him!

there's the whistle and we're top of the league right now! Some very strong performances, a hattrick, and a clean sheet too.

Completely agree, hope he does go to WH in the window.

4-0, full time. Top of the league. Hopefully Brum do a number on the rags later so we stay there for a little while. Won't hold my breath though.

I feel awesome.

We had a great game, Mario was fantastic, and maybe you folks who go to matches could do something to make him feel wanted and respected, and loved.

The only thing I didnt like was the sound of the home crowd. The away crowd is awesome, as always.

Cheers, mates.

A stroll against a poor side. Very nice.

I thought AJ put in a shift today and was pretty good. Nigel very good as ever , both center backs did very well. As for Mario what can you say. He hardly touched the ball all game, didn't contribute much in the play but scored 3 goals.

Great game, loved it, its looking good for us going into the new year. Lets hope the Brum can do a job tonight!

Good to get a few in the goals for column at home, a repeat performance against Blackpool would put us in a great position. Mario smiling and subtly celebrating with the team is encouraging as is scoring our first headed goal of the season.

Looks like Mancini has got a firm grip of this squad and it is looking increasingly like whatever team he puts out, they will play as a cohesive unit.

Mint!!!!!!!

Mario's name was sung with gusto, and the rest wasn't too bad either. There is no way that you heard the Villa fans, they stopped talking to each other after 5 minutes, never mind singing. It was probably the 'Boring, Boring City' that you heard, but that was our own fans. We're like that you know.

PS. Vinnie was absolutely fantastic today, has Agbonglawhore firmly wrapped up in his pocket, brilliant display from all to be truthful.

PPS. No stream's today lad's, only 5 pages. Or, were you too busy jumping around like me ;-)
