Sleepy 45 minutes. Kolarov and Yaya poor, Zab and Balotelli at least look willing to get at them.

Theres goals in us.

Had a nightmare vision of us having 2 or 3 injured strikers and having to beg Tevez to play!

i dont understand why everyone is giving the ball away so easily.
Johnson and Balotelli were pretty poor for me. Kolarov was good on defense but poor on offense.

Dzeko on for Johnson for me.

Bummer about the Aguero injury..looks like hes pulled his groin. thank god for the international break...argentina
better not call him up.

Mentioned it on the Torres thread. Now we are down to 2 strikers. Let´s hope it´s no more than 2 weeks and we find someone out of contract coz this is a serious problem now

thought yayas been quite good, don't really know what more you expect out of a defensive mid. Blackburn had little chances and we created a few. Think mario has been lively but maybe Silva and Nasri has dropped off a bit. If we keep at it Blackburn will get tired and we'll get a few clear cut chances. all about patience

Yaya is the one most guilty of slowing the play down. He plays too many square balls and takes ages to decide who to pass to so that instead of passing to that player when he is in space he will delay and then pass it to him when he is being more tightly marked thus causing possession to be lost

Huge half. After our mid week horror we really need three points. I'll take off Yaya's arse if it comes to it. Then the international break and hopefully Aguero will be back.

We just threw the ball to Blackburn then gave them a free kick.
